1. Custom Manufacturing & CAD Files
- File Submission: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, dimensions, and structural integrity of the 3D models (STL, STEP, etc.) or CAD files you submit to us. We manufacture parts exactly as provided in the digital design files.
- Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of any designs you upload. By submitting a file, you warrant that you own the design or have the legal right to manufacture it, and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or patents. We will not manufacture illegal items or weapons.
2. Engineering & Material Limitations
- Prototyping Tolerances: 3D printing (FDM/SLA) has inherent physical and thermal limitations. While we strive for maximum precision, slight surface variations, layer lines, or minor dimensional variances within standard manufacturing tolerances are normal and not considered defects.
- Material Suitability: We offer advice on material selection (PLA, PETG, ABS, Resin, etc.) based on your described use case, but the final determination of whether a material is fit for your specific mechanical, thermal, or chemical environment rests solely with the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Quotes: Custom project quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Payment Terms: For standard shop products, payment is required in full at checkout. For bulk orders or high-volume custom fabrication services, production will only begin once the agreed-upon payment or advance has been successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Lead Times: Production lead times provided during checkout or quoting are estimated timelines. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays caused by machine maintenance, power interruptions, or material supply chains may occasionally occur.
- Shipping Damage: Once a package leaves our facility, transit risks are handled by our logistics partners. If your package arrives crushed or broken, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a resolution for you.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for fabricating parts according to your specifications. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, financial losses, or injuries resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of any custom-printed parts or prototypes we produce.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
