1. Custom 3D Printed & Prototyping Services
Because custom 3D prints, custom-designed enclosures, and functional prototypes are built entirely to your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
- Defects or Shipping Damage: If your custom part arrives warped, physically damaged from shipping, or significantly structurally defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oneiroforge.in with clear photos of the damage. We will gladly reprint and ship the corrected part to you at no extra cost.
- Dimensional Accuracy: For precision engineering parts, please ensure your provided CAD files are accurate. We print strictly to the file specifications provided.
2. Standard Products (e.g., Mobile Stands, Stock Items)
For non-custom, ready-made products purchased from our shop page:
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Can be canceled anytime before shipment for a full refund.
- Custom Print Jobs: Once printing has actively commenced on the machines, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
